Expert Network Associate – Client Service

About the role

Reticula is looking for an Expert Network Associate to act as the knowledge broker between clients and top‑tier industry experts. You will help shape high‑impact projects across a variety of sectors, from aerospace food solutions to heavy‑lift vehicle logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and vet subject‑matter experts across diverse industries.
• Manage end‑to‑end expert engagements, including scheduling and coordination.
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and experts, delivering precise solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to expand the expert network and client base.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for connecting people with knowledge.
• Demonstrated initiative through leadership, entrepreneurial projects or competitive achievements.
• Strong critical‑thinking and sound judgement under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Robust research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
