Export Sales Executive

About the role

The Export Sales Executive will drive CCC’s growth in existing and new international markets, focusing on the food confectionery sector. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to expand our presence across challenging regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales plans to increase market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and open doors in challenging markets.
• Manage distributor relationships, evaluate performance and create joint growth plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and other business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, order planning and export operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of export sales experience in the food industry.
• Proven experience in FMCG export processes and distributor management.
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and ability to build business in challenging markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Proactive, strong communicator able to represent the company effectively.
• No restrictions on international travel.
