Facilities Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Architect to lead the architectural and construction processes for our headquarters, branches, offices and other facilities across multiple locations. You will manage everything from maintenance, repair and renovation of existing sites to the design, implementation and technical control of new investments, ensuring projects meet time, budget, quality and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end architectural and construction processes for both existing facilities and new projects.
• Plan and oversee architectural design, project development and implementation for new investments.
• Prepare as‑built surveys, architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, quantity take‑offs, presentations and project documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction, maintenance and repair, and resolve site‑related issues.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, contracts and schedules.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier performance and quality.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Select materials, research alternatives and liaise with suppliers.
• Review and approve progress payments, and follow up on invoicing.
• Handle tender and contract processes with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, building, fire safety and occupational health & safety regulations.
• Support permit and approval processes with municipalities and public authorities.
• Participate in site visits, construction meetings, monitor progress and prepare reports.
• Oversee hand‑over of completed works in line with contractual and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and construction processes for medium‑ to large‑scale projects.
• Proven experience in project and site management, and coordination of contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Hands‑on experience with architectural design, as‑built surveys, 3D modelling, technical specifications and quantity take‑offs.
• Strong planning, time‑management, budget‑management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
