About the role

The Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences at Sivas University of Science and Technology is seeking highly motivated academics for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor positions in Aeronautical and Space Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality research in areas such as aerodynamics, propulsion, space technologies, aircraft design, and AI‑driven engineering.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in relevant aerospace disciplines.
• Supervise graduate students and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in nationally and internationally funded projects and collaborations with defense industry partners.
• Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences.

Required profile

• PhD in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Rocket/Propulsion Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with an aerospace focus, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated research record and interest in at least one of the highlighted research areas.
• Ability to obtain research funding and collaborate with industry partners.
