Field Clinical Specialist – Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies

About the role

The Field Clinical Specialist will serve as a key clinical and technical expert for physicians, hospital staff, and clinical investigation sites throughout the device and procedure lifecycle – from clinical trial support through post‑commercialization follow‑up. The role involves regular presence in hospitals, high travel (up to 70%) across the EEMEA region, and close collaboration with KOLs, proctors and the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clinical education materials and certify centers, physicians and staff per company SOPs.
• Provide one‑on‑one training and structured in‑service education programs for physicians and hospital staff.
• Support business intelligence gathering and growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales.
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field and provide ongoing technical support during commercial procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in echocardiography or related medical device/clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related clinical field.
• Training experience in a clinical/technical environment and procedural imaging experience.
• Proficiency in English.
