Russian-Speaking Medical Interpreter & Patient Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

Standard Atlantic Health Group seeks freelance Russian‑speaking medical interpreters and patient coordinators to assist international patients during online consultations and in‑person appointments in Istanbul. Work is scheduled according to patient needs and your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret accurately during online doctor consultations and face‑to‑face medical appointments.
• Accompany Russian‑speaking patients, helping them convey questions and concerns.
• Support patients with X‑rays, diagnostic tests and coordinate follow‑up care.
• Provide post‑consultation communication in Russian when further assistance is required.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional, attentive approach throughout each assignment.

Required profile

• Advanced Russian proficiency with strong spoken communication.
• Proficiency in Turkish or English sufficient for accurate interpretation.
• Availability to attend in‑person assignments in Istanbul.
• Calm, respectful, and reassuring manner when interacting with patients.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Native‑level Russian.
• Fluent Turkish.
• Fluent English.

What we offer

• Assignments pay USD 40–100, depending on duration and scope.
