Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end tender process, collaborating with Legal, Sales, Finance, Product Management and Pricing to ensure compliant and competitive submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tender opportunities from identification through submission, award and lessons learned.
• Drive pricing activities, including price evaluations, discount management and commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, timelines, documentation and approvals.
• Maintain tender pipelines, forecasts, pricing trackers and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Manage customer contracts and monitor compliance with commercial commitments.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in pricing, tender management, bids, contracts or commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and project‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP or pricing/contract management systems.
