Field Sales Senior Specialist – Kahramanmaraş

About the role

Hayat Kimya is looking for a motivated Field Sales Senior Specialist to join its team in Kahramanmaraş. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the FMCG market, building strong relationships with existing customers and acquiring new accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute active sales activities aligned with company strategy and targets.
• Visit customers regularly within the assigned region to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor customer orders, follow up on issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare accurate weekly and annual sales reports.
• Achieve assigned budget and sales targets.
• Expand the current customer portfolio and acquire new customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, results‑driven attitude.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
