Field Service Executive - Retailer Accounts

About the role

CHEP, a global share-and-reuse logistics company, is hiring a Field Service Executive (Retailer Account Manager) based in Gaziantep, Turkey. The role owns the field, optimises operations and keeps supply chains moving, with the aim of minimising leakage, lowering the net cost of collection, improving retailer relationships and supporting business growth. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the retailer account strategy and initiatives, including tailored solutions and collaboration platforms for top retailers.
• Support the automotive business with audits, on-site training and back-load lead generation.
• Manage and deliver asset management KPIs (FTR, stock levels, leakage rate) and create continuous-improvement action plans.
• Ensure 100% of active retail accounts are reached by a field visit, a call or both, with regular contact.
• Execute collaboration projects such as TPM and transport collaboration with retailers, and run regional advocacy to hit growth and LMS targets.
• Audit related retailers and build business plans for each account to protect and grow it.
• Manage relationships with key retailers across levels and functions, and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Studies, Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail, sales, logistics operations or manufacturing.
• Experience managing diverse teams and influencing change in a growing market.
• Knowledge of FMCG, retail and distribution networks and supply chain dynamics.
• Customer-facing experience and proven success building retailer relationships.

Required skills

• Salesforce, SAP and BW user.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CHEP's value proposition.
• Strong analytical, strategic and negotiation skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
