About the role
The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary link between Bosch and its installers, partners, and customers in the Samsun region. You will promote Bosch’s heat pump and photovoltaic solutions, gather market insights, and support sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit installers and partners to demonstrate products and services.
- Research customer requirements and identify potential new customers.
- Deliver product samples, brochures, flyers and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate leads from the field.
- Provide technical know‑how on heat pumps and photovoltaic products.
Required profile
- Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
- No travel restrictions and a valid Class B driver’s license.
