About the role
Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. The successful candidate will support daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular store audits for policy compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
