About the role
Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its dynamic team on the European side of Istanbul. You will promote merchandise sales, deliver professional customer service, and help maintain a positive brand image.
Key responsibilities
- Promote sales of merchandise and provide quality customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales.
- Seek innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about customers' needs, industry news, and trends.
- Maintain a positive portrayal of the brand’s image.
Required profile
- Candidates without prior experience are encouraged; training will be provided.
- Previous retail sales or brand promoter experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Sales‑driven, result‑oriented, with a passion for customer service and fashion.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills with customers and staff.
