Sales Support Manager – Low Voltage Systems

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Support Manager to lead the low voltage systems sales support function in Turkey. You will adapt and implement the sales support strategy for a designated area, providing technical and commercial assistance to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define key targets, monitor progress and implement improvement actions to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
• Develop competitive offers based on market conditions, selecting the most effective sales approach (direct, consortium, or channel).
• Validate commercial, technical, legal and pricing terms for each offer and support bid/no‑bid decisions.
• Participate in project risk reviews and provide technical support during meetings, presentations and negotiations.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in estimation/tendering of LV switchgear and panels.
• Hands‑on experience managing enquiries to meet budgeted order intake and margin, coordinating with engineering, project management and sales teams.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of LV switchgear components (MCCB, ACB, PCC, MCC).
• Experience with estimation, tendering and bid preparation.
