About the role
Guess, a global fashion leader, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its team on the Asian side of Istanbul. You will promote merchandise sales and deliver high‑quality customer service in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Promote sales of merchandise and provide quality customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales.
- Seek innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about customer needs, industry news, and trends.
- Ensure the brand’s image is portrayed positively at all times.
Required profile
- Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided.
- Previous retail sales or brand promoter experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Sales‑driven, result‑oriented, with a passion for customer service and fashion.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
