About the role
Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is seeking a Store Manager for its Adana Optimum location. The successful candidate will support daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
