About the role
Guess, a global fashion leader, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at the Adana Optimum location. You will help ensure exceptional customer service and drive the store toward its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- University diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
