Finance Account Specialist

About the role

IE Media, a global digital media publisher, is seeking a Finance Account Specialist to support its fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with senior leadership, the Operations team and HR to align day‑to‑day execution with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operational plans that reflect company objectives.
• Own core operational processes across departments, ensuring policy compliance and performance standards.
• Lead budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting support and vendor management activities.
• Manage logistics and office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities coordination.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to reduce operating costs and improve profitability.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional operating rhythms (KPIs/OKRs, reporting cadences) with HR and department leads.
• Remove blockers, improve handoffs and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Provide structured analysis and recommendations to the executive team for operational decisions.
• Document scalable systems and best practices to enable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in operations, business operations or program/project leadership, preferably in publishing, digital media or entertainment.
• Demonstrated finance and budgeting capability, including cost control and vendor negotiations.
• Strong project‑management experience handling multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
