Finance and Treasury Director

About the role

A recruitment agency is looking for a Finance and Treasury Director to lead the finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting functions of a manufacturing client. The goal is to strengthen the company's financial structure, manage financial resources effectively and support its sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Plan cash flow and monitor liquidity requirements
• Oversee banking, credit, financing, payment and collection processes
• Manage relationships with domestic and international banks
• Monitor foreign currency positions, exchange-rate risks and financing costs
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, and monitor budget versus actuals with variance analysis
• Review monthly and period-end closing results and present financial analyses and management reports to senior management
• Monitor financial risks and improve internal controls, and contribute to improving ERP and reporting processes
• Manage the team's objectives, work plans and performance, and support strategic decisions from a financial perspective

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Advanced English; for male candidates, completion of compulsory military service
