Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the finance function for the Turkey entity of a fast‑growing commercial consulting partner. Reporting to the General Manager, you will combine deep financial expertise with a commercial mindset to influence strategic decisions and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full finance organization, building and mentoring a high‑performing local team.
• Partner with senior leadership on business performance, providing forward‑looking planning, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Translate financial results into actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, reporting, tax, audit and governance standards.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, working capital, banking and capital‑raising activities.
• Maintain alignment with local regulations while operating within an international governance framework.
• Leverage SAP for finance processes and drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Increase visibility of profitability, cost structures, financial risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP finance modules.
• Proficiency in Turkish accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• High motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and commercial acumen.
• Ability to challenge decisions constructively and influence senior management.
