Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will lead all financial functions of the organization, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and strategic support for growth. Reporting to the Country COO and functionally to the Regional CFO, this senior leader will be a key member of the Executive Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reporting & accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, compliance and risk management.
• Advise the COO on financial decisions and act as a business partner to brands and Richemont departments.
• Participate in the development and implementation of company goals, policies and strategic plans.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and Group requirements, and represent the entity with the Board of Directors.
• Lead the finance team across Financial Control & Reporting, Tax, Treasury and related functions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong business ethics and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and with executive committees.
