Finance Enterprise Partner - Roche Diagnostics

About the role

Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) to act as a key business partner to the commercial organization and report to the Finance Enterprise Partner Lead. The FEP combines deep business understanding with financial expertise to drive initiatives that support the commercial strategy, builds networks across the organization including the Finance Excellence Partner, and acts as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders while staying close to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints along the customer journey with an enterprise mindset
• Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and advise on the financial implications of proposed business activities
• Help develop a coherent affiliate commercial strategy and commercial processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and revenue-generating strategies
• Ensure financials stay on track to meet business targets, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
• Take part in FEP communities to share and implement best practices across markets
• Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value and providing pricing transparency

Required profile

• Advanced controlling and reporting skills
• Entrepreneurial, commercial and customer-centric mindset, able to combine financial and operational information into a holistic picture
• Strong business and financial acumen and experience working with and for the customer
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders and navigate a complex environment based on agile principles
• Fluent in English and Turkish
