Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Budget & Reporting team. You will play a key part in monitoring financial performance, supporting business decisions and driving process improvements across our multinational beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Close monitoring and analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts and business planning cycles.
• Support financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic insights.
• Contribute to balance‑sheet and cash‑flow projections.
• Prepare management reports with proactive analysis of NSR, OPEX, COGS and NWC.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing to inform decision‑making.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation actions.
• Participate in system improvements and process simplifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience (preferably Big 4), FP&A or financial controlling.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial statements.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen.
