Finance Manager

About the role

Yokohama TWS Turkey is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Control function in Istanbul. The role provides financial leadership, business partnering, and ensures compliance with IFRS, Turkish statutory regulations, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Finance & Control activities for the Turkish entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in line with Turkish legislation and IFRS.
• Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Direct treasury functions, including cash‑flow planning, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory financial statements, tax declarations, and regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders, external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and public authorities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Turkish accounting and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
• Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
