Financial Analyst

About the role

Saint-Gobain Türkiye is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. The role supports country-level financial reporting, planning and performance analysis by delivering accurate financial information and business insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of Finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Country Financial Controller in monthly closing, reporting, budget and forecast processes.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for the Country CFO and senior management, ensuring their accuracy, consistency and visual quality.
• Analyse country financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales, margins, operating expenses, working capital) and perform actual versus budget, forecast and prior year analyses.
• Coordinate financial data collection and validation with Business Finance teams and monitor sales performance, volumes, prices, product mix, margins and costs.
• Support financial simulations, business cases and ad hoc analyses, and contribute to corporate cost, allocation and shared services analyses.
• Maintain financial databases, reporting templates and controlling tools, and help standardise, automate and digitise Finance processes, including Excel and Power BI reporting.
• Take part in country and Group Finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• About 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, audit, accounting or business analysis.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Preferred: experience in an industrial or multinational organisation, and interest in finance digitalisation and process improvement.

Required skills

• Good understanding of financial statements, management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Power BI, ERP systems or financial planning tools, and experience preparing dashboards.
