Financial Planning and Analysis Executive

About the role

Bupa Acıbadem Sigorta, a health insurance company and part of the Bupa group, is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Executive. The role leads the improvement and digitization of corporate pricing and underwriting processes, conducts data analysis and reporting to support business decisions, and manages international collaborations in fronting and captive business.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual plan and long-term forecast
• Take an active part in management meetings, conference calls and business projects
• Work closely with senior management and foreign partners
• Review financial results according to local GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare profitability analysis reports for senior management
• Carry out cost management activities
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial presentations

Required profile

• 6 years of experience in planning, financial reporting or related departments
• Self-starter, problem solver with analytical thinking
• Able to work under strict deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Effective presentation skills
• Experience in multinational consolidation is valued; audit experience in finance or healthcare is an asset

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Conceptual knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting standards
• Use of Tagetik or Hyperion software
