Financial Control and Reporting Supervisor

About the role

The Financial Control and Reporting Supervisor will lead reporting and analysis processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations while providing insightful financial information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial presentations and supporting materials for management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, scenarios, and business plans, translating data into actionable insights.
• Produce financial reports in line with CMB regulations and monitor P&L, working capital, free cash flow, and key KPIs.
• Support country units in improving financial results through guidance and follow‑up.
• Stay updated on IFRS changes and local regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate internal deadlines across Anadolu Group and manage stakeholder submissions.
• Develop and enhance reporting structures, systems, and processes for both external and internal needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 7–8 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms or FP&A/Budget & Controlling roles.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and consolidation.
• High analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Familiarity with Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
