Financial Control, Budget & Analysis Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Control, Budget and Analysis Manager for the Lacoste brand to join Eren Retail Group. The role will lead financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Coordinate budget preparation with business functions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, presentations and financial models.
• Monitor financial KPIs, support internal and external audits, and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, budgeting or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis and financial modeling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience presenting financial performance, variances, KPIs and insights to senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion).
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Financial modeling.
