Revenue Growth Management Manager

About the role

TikTak, Turkey’s fast‑growing car rental and sharing brand, is looking for a Revenue Growth Management Manager to own and evolve its pricing architecture across vehicle classes, rental durations and packages.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain coherent pricing structures as the product portfolio evolves.
• Develop and continuously refine pricing and revenue strategies that balance customer demand, competitive positioning and margin goals.
• Set discount and promotion frameworks, ensuring campaigns drive revenue rather than erode it.
• Build pricing cases for new product and service launches, from market research to recommended price points.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating pricing trends into actionable portfolio moves.
• Lead end‑to‑end pricing projects, including process and tooling improvements for repeatability.
• Measure the impact of pricing decisions and report revenue, margin, mix, KPI and competitor analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to align pricing, campaigns and fleet supply.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, product management or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience with A/B testing, elasticity and cohort analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
