Financial Controller

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team. In this role you will ensure accurate month‑end closing, financial reporting in line with IFRS, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing activities and prepare financial reports according to IFRS and group deadlines.
• Identify variances between actual and forecasted results and explain key performance drivers.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations at month‑end.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and strategic planning documents for senior management.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and deliver financial guidance.
• Work closely with external auditors and group reporting teams to ensure compliance.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial analyses to support timely decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting tools.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial controlling, planning & analysis, preferably with Big 4 audit exposure.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good planning, forecasting and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
