Financial Controlling and Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controlling and Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and cost control activities for our client in Samsun. The role involves driving budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Oversee cost accounting, cost controlling, profitability and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and deliver insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Utilize SAP effectively for accounting, reporting and cost controlling.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting and financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, cost controlling, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English.
