Financial Controlling & Pricing Manager

About the role

The Financial Controlling & Pricing Manager will support the Finance Director in driving accurate financial control, reporting and pricing analysis across the organization. This role combines strong accounting expertise with strategic pricing insight to help the business achieve its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial control, reporting and internal control processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and group policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning, monitor budget performance and conduct variance analyses.
• Analyze monthly results, prepare management reports and track financial performance.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies, margin analysis and profitability assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and follow up on action plans.
• Identify financial and operational risks and propose process improvements.
• Participate in special projects assigned by the Finance Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, accounting or audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Preferably background in a multinational company or an independent audit firm.
