Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

bitaksi is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join its finance team. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy by managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations.
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support strategic planning and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and reports for management decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams for alignment.
• Assist in audit‑related data collection and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in finance or commercial roles.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking and financial analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret data and provide clear insights.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Google Sheets proficiency (a plus).
