Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst

About the role

Join BCG's Finance team in Istanbul and support the financial reporting, accounting, compliance and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) activities for BCG Turkey. You will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the office’s financial information while working closely with colleagues across the East Mediterranean and Caspian region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, financial statement preparation and account reconciliations.
• Support audit processes and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Handle invoice processing, vendor account management, payments and employee expense administration.
• Resolve vendor and stakeholder queries related to S2P operations.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance reporting and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience preparing accurate accounting entries, journal postings and reconciliations in line with BCG standards and Turkish accounting requirements.
• Ability to support Accounts Payable and S2P processes, including invoice handling and vendor management.
• Strong attention to detail in managing vendor queries and ensuring timely payments.
• Familiarity with employee expense management and related controls.
