About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to support our global engineering and project services business. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations, and drive the fast‑close process.

Key responsibilities

• Support and prepare financial and contractual reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate and continuously improve the fast‑close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements according to IFRS and local regulations.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, including actual vs. budget follow‑up.
• Prepare cash‑flow projections and provide insights on deviations to support decision‑making.
• Analyze financial results and produce ad‑hoc management reports when needed.
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting scenario preparation.
• Coordinate financial audit procedures.
• Follow up transfer pricing in accordance with regulations.
• Support financial transformation initiatives and standardise reporting and closing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 years of experience in audit or relevant finance roles within audit firms, multinational companies or holding structures.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with consolidation and reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and a proven problem‑solving orientation.
• High sense of urgency, results‑driven mindset and commitment to integrity.
