Fleet Operations Responsible

About the role

As a Fleet Operations Responsible you will manage the complete lifecycle of Bosch's pool and fleet vehicles, from readiness for use through return. You will ensure smooth operation of fleet management processes, compliance with legal obligations, and high service quality for vehicle users.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the full vehicle lifecycle, coordinating acquisition, registration, insurance, and hand‑over to users.
• Manage fuel cards, toll tags (UTTS, HGS/OGS) and other operational necessities, ensuring timely compliance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery, user onboarding, and ongoing support for fleet processes.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, inspections, repairs, tyre changes, roadside assistance and related services.
• Track performance of service providers to maintain service quality.
• Handle accident, damage and insurance processes, including documentation and repair coordination.
• Conduct vehicle return inspections and complete end‑of‑life procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of registration, insurance, mileage, damage and cost data.
• Prepare reports on utilization, maintenance costs and operational performance, identifying improvement areas.
• Monitor telematics, GPS and digital fleet solutions, coordinating with system providers.
• Share improvement ideas and user feedback with stakeholders to enhance fleet processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in vehicle operations and user support within fleet management.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and vehicle tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
