Indirect Purchasing Internship – Smart Start

About the role

Join Bosch’s Indirect Purchasing Smart Start program in Bursa and gain hands‑on experience in logistics material sourcing, market analysis, and supplier management. This long‑term internship integrates you into real projects and supports your professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing activities for logistics material and support department tasks.
• Conduct market research and analysis related to road transportation services.
• Support the request for quotation (RFQ) process with suppliers.
• Help create, follow up, and prepare tenders and project documentation.
• Contribute to special projects and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or Master’s student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available at least 3 days per week during the academic term.
• Commitment to an 11‑month internship.
• Residency in Bursa is mandatory.
• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly social, eager to learn, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General competence with Microsoft Office applications.
