Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, operational workflows, data sources and constraints, translating them into clear requirements, solution architectures and prototypes.
• Design, develop and deploy AI‑enabled applications, autonomous agents, APIs, data pipelines and full‑stack products that address real business needs.
• Build the infrastructure surrounding AI models, including prompts, context management, permissions, runtime controls, observability and feedback mechanisms for reliable production performance.
• Develop and refine agent loops and workflow orchestration using graphs, state machines and multi‑step patterns that coordinate models, tools, data and human approvals.
• Create evaluation frameworks and testing strategies to measure accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, cost and user value, continuously improving system performance.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience with production‑grade software, preferably including AI‑powered applications or autonomous agents.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, adaptability to unfamiliar technologies and business domains, and a client‑facing mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain AI behavior, limitations and technical trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
