Front Desk Specialist

About the role

Devotel is seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face of our office and the hub of daily guest operations. You will ensure a professional, friendly experience for visitors, clients, and partners while supporting internal office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients, and business partners.
• Efficiently manage and route incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
• Take ownership of daily phone and courier traffic, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments.
• Manage meeting room schedules, keep spaces tidy and fully equipped, and coordinate refreshments for meetings.
• Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area that reflects Devotel’s corporate culture.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Administrative teams to support office operations, team events, and internal requests.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in a front‑desk, office administration, or similar customer‑facing role.
• Natural ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Polished, professional presence with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
