Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

Magnero Agency creates websites, web applications, plugins and integrations for a diverse client base. We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer who can navigate multiple technologies, maintain high code quality, and leverage AI‑assisted tools in daily development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, WordPress sites and plugins.
• Work across backend, frontend, APIs and third‑party integrations as project needs dictate.
• Understand existing codebases, implement secure and maintainable changes, and write meaningful Git commits.
• Participate in code reviews, test features, and communicate bugs, blockers and technical risks.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to improve efficiency while reviewing generated code.

Required profile

• Professional software development experience with solid understanding of web applications.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably PHP.
• Ability to code in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good grasp of HTTP, REST APIs, databases and client‑server communication.
• Comfortable using Git for daily development, including branching and merging.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and critically evaluate AI‑generated code.
• Intermediate English for technical documentation.
