Game Artist (Mobile Games)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Game Artist to shape the visual identity of our mobile games. You will turn creative concepts into polished, production‑ready 2D and 3D assets that enhance player experience and support the overall game style.

Key responsibilities

• Create characters, environments, objects, icons, and UI elements for mobile titles.
• Define and evolve the visual style, theme, and look & feel of each game.
• Conduct market research and reference studies to align visuals with target audience expectations.
• Produce high‑quality low‑poly 3D assets, ensuring they meet mobile performance, memory, and platform constraints.
• Prepare and export assets for Unity integration using proper naming conventions and hierarchy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow artists.
• Adapt visual styles quickly based on in‑game feedback, data‑driven insights, and A/B testing results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Artist or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styles and techniques.
• Creative, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across different art styles.
• Entrepreneurial, ownership‑driven attitude and a willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Blender for low‑poly modeling, texturing, and basic shading.
• Experience with Unity and understanding of real‑time rendering constraints.
