General Manager – Hospitality Leadership

About the role

The General Manager leads all aspects of the Soho House Istanbul property, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional member and guest experiences, staff retention, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business performance daily and weekly, producing reports that drive action plans for operational improvement and profit optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and local regulations while maintaining a safe, inviting environment.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions—including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to implement innovative processes that boost sales and retention.
• Oversee local financial accounts, investments, and reporting, providing strategic leadership to meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing high‑volume food & beverage or multi‑unit operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, drive profitability, and deliver top‑quality guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of local food safety, risk prevention, and emergency procedures.
