About the role

Join Cross Border Talents as a German Customer Support Agent working remotely from Turkey. You will provide high‑quality service to customers of prestigious worldwide brands, handling inbound calls and inquiries in German.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in German.
Provide support, resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
Maintain accurate data entry of enquiries and feedback.
Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
Offer recommendations for common problems and FAQs.

Required profile

Fluency in German (C1/C2 or native) and good English (B2).
Availability for rotating shifts.
Strong communication, listening and empathy skills.
Good time‑management, team spirit and flexibility.
