About the role
Join Cross Border Talents as a German Customer Support Agent working remotely from Turkey. You will provide high‑quality service to customers of prestigious worldwide brands, handling inbound calls and inquiries in German.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in German.
- Provide support, resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate data entry of enquiries and feedback.
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
- Offer recommendations for common problems and FAQs.
Required profile
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 or native) and good English (B2).
- Availability for rotating shifts.
- Strong communication, listening and empathy skills.
- Good time‑management, team spirit and flexibility.
