About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey. Your mission is to provide high‑quality service to customers while representing prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
  • Provide support and direction to customers and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain accurate data input of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer services database.
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Required profile

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level or native).
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Any previous experience or contact with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good listening and empathy skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
