Global Content Lead

About the role

Dormer Pramet is looking for a Global Content Lead to shape and deliver compelling stories that connect customers, partners and employees with the brand worldwide. The role reports to the Communications & Brand Manager and works closely with Marketing, Communications, Digital and Product experts globally. Location is flexible within Europe, within Dormer Pramet's hiring locations, and involves a significant portion of hours during European working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global editorial planning and content development aligned with business priorities and audience needs.
• Create, edit and publish high-quality content across websites, social media, email and internal communication channels.
• Identify and develop stories in partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Ensure content is engaging, discoverable and optimised using SEO and emerging AI search best practices.
• Coordinate content review, localisation, approval and publication across regions and markets.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Improve content processes, workflows, governance and channel use.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and content suppliers where appropriate.
• Act as a trusted advisor on content best practices across communications and brand activities.

Required profile

• Native-level English writing and editing (mandatory).
• Strong track record of impactful content across multiple channels.
• Excellent storytelling and knowledge of SEO, content performance and digital content best practices.
• Experience working with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Confidence in a global, fast-paced environment; B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing or technology experience is a plus.
