Global Demand Planning Executive

About the role

Hayat is seeking a Global Demand Planning Executive to join its Global Supply Chain department at the headquarters in Istanbul. The role supports global S&OP processes and ensures accurate demand forecasting across the company's worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documents and follow up action plans for global S&OP meetings.
• Collect SKU‑based demand forecasts from group companies, analyze data, and build consensus.
• Identify gaps in demand forecasting and implement preventive actions with regional teams.
• Act as the global key user of the demand forecasting tool (IBP or similar), supporting rollout, implementation and training.
• Support the global team in S&OP‑related processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning or S&OP within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of marketing and production dynamics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and result‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with demand forecasting tools such as IBP.
• Experience with S&OP processes.
