Global Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Tiryaki Agro, a global agricultural supply chain company with operations in more than 40 ports and products delivered to 70 countries, is looking for a Global Human Resources Business Partner. The role partners with business leaders in the Middle East, East Africa, West Africa and South America to align HR strategy with business goals, working with country and regional leaders, local HR teams and central HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with country and regional leaders to turn business priorities into HR strategies, and guide managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management and employee development
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned countries, including needs analysis, candidate assessment, offer management and onboarding, and support talent development, succession planning and performance management
• Coordinate international HR processes such as expatriate management, international assignments, work permits and compliance with local labor laws
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics, monitor indicators and help standardize HR reporting
• Work with local HR teams and central HR to implement HR policies and share knowledge between headquarters and international operations
• Travel internationally as required, especially to the Middle East, East Africa, West Africa and South America

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations or a related field
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational organization
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience and direct partnership with business leaders on workforce planning and talent management
• Experience with international teams and stakeholders across countries and cultures
• Strong English; Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong plus
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
