Global Indie Game Marketing & Influencer Outreach Manager

About the role

Kaznos Studio, an independent game developer based in Turkey, is hiring a global indie game marketing and influencer outreach manager for its co-op adventure game HEAVY SLEEPER. The project is remote and worldwide, paid freelance, starting immediately. The game's playable demo is already on Steam, with a Q4 2026 launch planned.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a measurable global marketing campaign for HEAVY SLEEPER.
• Identify gaming creators, pitch the game and coordinate coverage across international markets.
• Work with the team on campaign concepts that encourage players to try the demo, share gameplay moments and wishlist the game.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

Required profile

• Experience marketing successful indie games, especially multiplayer, co-op, comedy or physics-based titles, is highly valued.
• Candidates who have contributed to successful Steam game launches are especially encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should provide examples of games they've marketed, campaign results and case studies, their influencer network experience, availability and expected compensation, and links to their portfolio or LinkedIn profile.
