Global Key Account Manager – Italy (Istanbul)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Global Key Account Manager to lead and expand our relationships with consulates, diplomatic missions, and key partners in Italy and other international markets. Based in Istanbul, you will act as the primary liaison between large‑scale corporate and diplomatic clients and our internal teams across Turkey, Italy, and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Italian consulates, diplomatic missions, and major corporate clients.
• Coordinate cross‑border operations, aligning client expectations with internal processes in Turkey, Italy, and other markets.
• Monitor service delivery standards, conduct business reviews, and ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing strategic accounts.
• Represent the organization on international platforms and promote the brand within diplomatic circles.

Required profile

• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Istanbul, Turkey.
• Proven track record in key account management, business development, or international relations, preferably with diplomatic or visa‑center experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English, capable of conducting professional meetings, correspondence, and presentations in both languages.
• Deep understanding of Italian business culture and cross‑cultural communication dynamics.
• Readiness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
