About the role
AYKA is creating AI‑focused classroom experiences and seeks a Growth Marketing Intern to help schools, educators, and families discover its product, Robi. You will work directly with the founders to shape the story, launch campaigns, and turn interest into lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape how Robi is introduced to schools, educators, and families.
- Develop and execute campaign ideas through social content, short videos, and launch materials.
- Collaborate with founders and creative partners to prepare and launch campaigns.
- Test messages, content formats, and small paid campaigns to gauge resonance.
- Improve the conversion path from discovery to enquiry or sign‑up.
- Review results and propose next steps.
Required profile
- Clear writing in Turkish and English with a good eye for content and design.
- Curiosity about what makes people notice, trust, and choose a product.
- Comfort with numbers and interest in understanding performance.
- Familiarity with AI and creative tools, plus resourcefulness to learn new ones.
